The complete Direct Seller Agreement must be accessible before enrolment and electronic acceptance must be recorded and retrievable.
- Identify yourself as an independent Direct Seller and accurately identify Ginwin.
- Use only approved product/opportunity materials.
- Explain price, product information, usage, warnings and return/refund policies accurately.
- Maintain customer order/invoice records.
- Protect customer personal data.
- Comply with applicable consumer, food-safety, advertising, tax and other laws.
5.1 Prohibited Conduct
- Pyramid/money-circulation activity.
- Guaranteed income/profit/fixed-return claims.
- Presenting the opportunity as employment, investment, deposit or guaranteed-return scheme.
- Unauthorised medical/disease/cure/treatment claims.
- Fake reviews, testimonials or income screenshots.
- Misrepresentation of products, prices, policies or opportunity.
- Unauthorised fees or forced purchases.
- Label, batch, expiry, invoice or product tampering.
- Unauthorised use of Ginwin trademarks/websites/social accounts.
- Unauthorised marketplace listings.
- Misuse or unauthorised disclosure of consumer data.
- Harassment, coercion or deceptive selling.
5.2 Income Disclaimer
GINWIN does not guarantee fixed income, commission, bonus, profit or financial return. Earnings, where applicable, depend on qualifying product sales, customer demand, individual effort and the applicable compensation plan. Illustrative earnings are not guarantees of future results.
